As for Henri, he can answer your questions about economic development and land planning.
You will appreciate the large garden and shady terrace to discuss, have a coffee, read, or have a nap under the acacia, olive-tree, banana-tree, cherry-tree, or the fig-tree.
In winter you'll also love this friendly house and enjoy a glass of Fénelon.

Children friendly, teachers friendly, bikers friendly:
Children are welcome, they will find games in the garden and toys in the house.
Nursery equipment is available for younger.
Teachers are welcome too.

And finally, as Claudine and Henri, travel long distances by motorcycle everywhere in Europe, bikers are welcome, because they can safely park their bikes in the garage and share opinions, memories and anecdotes with the owners.
And even if you are not one of those, you are all welcome, because what is most important Côté Jardin is conviviality and making new friends.
